How do plans and credits work together?
Your plan covers seats, features, and a monthly credit allowance. Credits are consumed as you use paid actions — AI research, voice minutes, and outbound sends. When you need more capacity, buy a credit pack or upgrade.
Do unused monthly credits roll over?
Plan credits reset at the start of each billing cycle. Credit packs you purchase separately never expire and stack on top of your monthly allowance.
Can I switch plans or cancel?
Yes. Upgrade, downgrade, or cancel anytime from Settings → Billing. Changes prorate immediately. You keep access until the end of the period you've already paid for.
Is there a free trial?
You can create an account and explore the platform for free. Paid actions require an active plan or credit balance.
What payment methods do you accept?
All major credit and debit cards via Stripe. Annual plans on Scale can be paid by invoice — talk to Athena or contact sales.
